Made to withstand high-volume commercial environments, the Continental FA60NBS-D three-section freezer base is made of stainless steel with an aluminum interior. Its worktop is made of 300-guage stainless steel to support countertop equipment and dishware as needed, making it ideal for installation to preparation stations. The unit's divided into manageable segments via the four drawers, two standard and two narrow, and can hold three 12- by 20- by 9-inch pans.

Positioned at the side of the Continental FA60NBS-D freezer base is its self-contained refrigeration system, mounted on a slide-out panel for ease of access. Staff can set the desired holding temperature via the electronic controller located inside the half door above the compressor. For safe and efficient operation, the refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. Overall, the cabinet measures 60 inches wide by 36⁹/₁₆ inches deep by 40¹/₂ inches high and sits on 5-inch casters.
