Continental MC4NSSS Milk Cooler W/ Top & Side Access - (768) Half Pint Carton Capacity, 115v

The Continental MC4NSSS milk cooler features a durable stainless steel construction with a reinforced interior floor. A drain is located in the floor to expel condensate, spills, and cleaning fluids from the unit as needed. The unit is designed to hold 768 half-pint cartons and is accessible from the lid and side door. A cylinder locking mechanism is installed and can be used after hours.

Positioned at the base of the Continental MC4NSSS milk cooler is its refrigeration system that uses forced air to cool the interior. To set the desired holding temperature, staff must use the electronic controller positioned at the front of the compressor. For efficient and safe operation, the system utilizes R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. To reduce the need for staff intervention, the cooler is equipped with an integrated condensate evaporator.
