The Continental MC5NSSS milk cooler is an ideal addition to cafeteria and buffet bars, as it's designed with a 24-cubic-foot interior that can hold (16) 13-inch by 13-inch by 11-inch crates. This space is made of galvanized steel with a reinforced steel force to withstand the weight of the stored items. Externally, the cabinet is constructed of stainless steel for strength.

Positioned at the bottom of the Continental MC5NSSS milk cooler to enable ample interior space is its refrigeration system. To set the desired holding temperature, staff must use the electronic controller, which features a digital display. The system uses forced air to district cool air evenly throughout the interior. If the unit experiences drastic shifts in temperature, an alert sounds until addressed.
