Continental RA60N18M 60" Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

The Continental RA60N18M refrigerated sandwich/salad unit is an ideal addition to preparation stations in commercial kitchens and delis. The unit's worktop is made of 300-gauge stainless steel to support dishware and packaging as needed. Beside the open space is an arrangement of 18 sixth-size wells, covered by an insulated lid. A 10-inch-deep nylon cutting board spans the width of the cabinet to streamline assembly.

The inside of the Continental RA60N18M preparation table's base is made of aluminum and spans 19 cubic feet. Four epoxy-coated steel shelves are provided to support stored items of various sizes. The cabinet's two solid, self-closing doors enclose the space. The unit's self-contained refrigeration system is positioned at the side of the unit and cools the interior as determined by the electronic dial controller's input setting. For safe and efficient operation, the system uses R290 refrigerant.
