Continental RA60N8-D 60" Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

The Continental RA60N8-D refrigerated sandwich unit is designed with a stainless steel front and sides, galvanized steel rear and grills, and aluminum interior. The top of the unit is divided into an open space made of 300-gauge stainless steel and an arrangement of eight sixth-size wells covered with an insulated pull-up lid. Installed along the top edge of the cabinet is a 12-inch-deep, full-width cutting board to streamline recipe assembly; it's made of nylon for ease of cleaning.

The Continental RA60N8-D refrigerated preparation base's interior is divided among the four stainless steel drawers. They are fitted with polished chrome handles and magnetic snap-in gaskets. Positioned at the side of the unit is its self-contained refrigeration system, which works to cool the interior via its forced-air cooling system. For safe and efficient operation, R290 refrigerant is used. The dial controller with LED indicator is located inside the access door above the compressor.
