With an interior capacity of 15.2 cubic feet, the Continental RA60SN8-D salad prep table can hold cheese, meats, vegetables, and other ingredients. This unit is fitted with a 12-inch-deep cutting board to provide a space for preparing food items. For stability and maneuverability, this unit comes with four 5-inch swivel casters with brakes. Constructed of stainless steel, this unit is resistant to dents, corrosion, and other types of abrasions. To provide durability and ensure long-lasting use, the unit's interior is made of aluminum.

For efficient operation, the five drawers of the Continental RA6SN8-D salad prep table are fitted with polished chrome door handles. The unit is cooled with an environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and fitted with 2-inch-thick polyurethane foam insulation to preserve and maintain cool temperatures. The side-mounted refrigeration system enables quick, efficient installation.
