The Continental RA68N12M-D refrigerated preparation table is built to enhance storage and preparation efficiency in commercial kitchens. Its 300-gauge stainless steel worktop, paired with stainless steel front and end panels, provides durability and corrosion resistance, while the galvanized steel rear and grills add to the unit's robust construction. The aluminum interior ensures easy cleaning and maintenance. Designed to accommodate 12 sixth-size pans, the unit features a 10-inch-deep, full-length nylon cutting board for streamlined food preparation. Four stainless steel roll-out drawers and a small access door above the compressor offer flexible storage and easy accessibility. Polished chrome handles and Santoprene™ magnetic gaskets ensure secure seals and effortless usability.

Equipped with a side-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system, the Continental RA68N12M-D preparation table uses R290 refrigerant for eco-friendly and efficient cooling. The forced-air cooling system and expansion valve provide consistent temperature control, while the automatic hot-gas condensate evaporator and corrosion-resistant plasticized fin evaporator coil minimize maintenance needs. Internal electronic controls allow for precise temperature management, and the off-cycle defrost improves system efficiency. The completely enclosed, vented, and removable rear and side grills simplify cleaning, and 5-inch casters enable smooth mobility for repositioning and maintenance.
