The Continental RA68SNBS worktop refrigerator is a stainless steel unit made to resist rust and corrosion and has the durability needed for high-volume use. The full unit measures 68 inches wide by 30⁵/₁₆ inches deep by 40¹/₂ inches high, and it sits on four 5-inch casters. Two of the three sections are full-height cabinets and one is a half-height cabinet on top of the self-contained refrigeration system.

The Continental RA68SNBS worktop refrigerator's base is refrigerated using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant that cools contents efficiently. The three cabinet doors are stainless steel, self-closing, and fitted with polished chrome handles. The condensing unit slides out for simple maintenance when needed. The top of the unit is a 300-series stainless steel flat top with a 5¹/₂-inch backsplash for containing messes.
