A 19-inch-deep full-length nylon cutting board provides a spacious, durable surface for efficient food preparation. Featuring a rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system, the Continental SW32N8C-D refrigeration prep table maintains temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit using eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. For efficient operation, the system includes an automatic hot gas condensate evaporator and off-cycle defrost. The corrosion-resistant plasticized fin evaporator coil enhances long-term durability, while internal electronic controls facilitate precise temperature management. Equipped with 5-inch front-locking casters, the unit is easy to maneuver and secure in place, ensuring flexibility in busy work environments.
