The Continental SW36N12M-FB Mighty Top sandwich/salad prep table is designed with an 8-inch-deep, full-length nylon cutting board that provides a dedicated workspace for sandwich and salad assembly. The stainless steel top, front, and end panels enhance durability, while field-rehingeable, spring-loaded, self-closing doors with magnetic Santoprene® gaskets maintain a secure seal to preserve stored ingredients. It accommodates (12) recessed ¹/₆-size pans, each 4 inches deep, for efficient ingredient organization and quick access during food preparation.

Equipped with 2-inch non-CFC polyurethane foam insulation, the Continental SW36N12M-FB prep table ensures cold air retention and energy efficiency throughout its refrigerated base. The unit's fully enclosed, vented, and removable case back streamlines servicing, while 3³/₄-inch casters provide effortless mobility for placement in commercial operations. The base includes two epoxy-coated steel shelves to support bulk storage and features a removable interior tub below the pans for convenient cleaning. An automatic hot gas condensate evaporator and off-cycle defrost system prevent ice buildup, keeping the refrigeration system operating smoothly.
