The unit includes two epoxy-coated steel shelves for additional storage in the refrigerated base, and its fully enclosed, removable case back facilitates servicing and cleaning. The Continental SW36N15M Mighty Top sandwich/salad prep table maintains consistent cooling with a rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system powered by eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. The unique airflow distribution system ensures even cooling throughout the pans, keeping ingredients fresh at temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. An automatic hot gas condensate evaporator reduces the risk of moisture accumulation, and the off-cycle defrost system prevents ice buildup for efficient operation. The unit features stainless steel top, front, and end panels for long-lasting durability, while two field-rehingeable, spring-loaded, self-closing doors with magnetic Santoprene® gaskets ensure a secure seal and installation flexibility in commercial environments.
