Inside the refrigerated base, two epoxy-coated steel shelves offer additional storage space, while a unique airflow distribution system ensures consistent temperatures of 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Maintenance is simplified with features such as a removable interior tub below the pans, an off-cycle defrost system, and a fully enclosed, removable case back. With its 3³/₄-inch casters and front-breathing design, this prep table integrates seamlessly into busy commercial kitchens.

Built for dependable temperature retention, the Continental SW36N8C-FB prep table is equipped with 2-inch non-CFC polyurethane foam insulation and an insulated lid to maintain freshness and keep ingredients cool. It accommodates (8) recessed ¹/₆-size pans, each 4 inches deep, for organized ingredient storage, while its 19-inch-deep, full-length nylon cutting board offers a reliable work surface. The stainless-steel top, front, and end panels provide durability and resistance to wear, and the field-rehingeable, spring-loaded, self-closing doors with magnetic Santoprene® gaskets ensure a secure seal and flexible door configuration.
