The Continental SW48N12M-D sandwich/salad prep table features four stainless steel roll-out drawers that provide flexible storage options, accommodating either (1) 12 x 18 x 6 pan or a combination of (1) 1/2 x 6 and (1) 1/3 x 6 pans per drawer. Designed for high-efficiency food preparation, this mighty top unit also includes a full-length 8-inch-deep nylon cutting board, offering a dedicated workspace for assembling sandwiches and salads. The stainless steel top, front, and end panels deliver excellent durability and corrosion resistance, making it well-suited for demanding commercial environments. Its aluminum back and interior provide a lightweight construction that is easy to maintain while ensuring structural integrity.

To help maintain user-set conditions, the Continental SW48N12M-D prep table includes magnetic snap-in Santoprene™ gaskets on each drawer which create an airtight seal. The unit's 2-inch non-CFC polyurethane foam insulation further enhances cooling retention and energy efficiency, while preserving ingredient freshness. The insulated lid reduces heat transfer and protects the pans, and the removable interior tub beneath the pans makes cleanup quick and straightforward. For added convenience, the table is mounted on 5-inch casters, and the completely enclosed, vented, and removable case back ensures streamlined servicing when needed.
