Designed to maintain consistent storage conditions, the Continental SW60N12C-FB-D operates with a rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system that holds temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Its insulated lid minimizes heat transfer to keep ingredients fresh, while Santoprene® magnetic snap-in drawer gaskets ensure a reliable seal. Frost is actively managed through the off-cycle defrost system, and an automatic hot gas condensate evaporator eliminates water buildup to maintain uninterrupted operation. Maintenance is further simplified with a completely enclosed, vented, and removable case back. For precise temperature control, the electronic controller features a digital display and hi-low alarm, providing confidence in monitoring and adjustments.
