To withstand heavy use, the Continental Refrigerator SW60N24M Mighty Top sandwich prep unit is constructed of stainless steel on its front, top, and sides. A white nylon cutting board spans the front for a prep area that can be cleaned swiftly. In the top, the large pan rail cutout accommodates 24 sixth-size pans, enabling operators to offer a wide variety of ingredients in sandwiches or salads. All these pans can be placed in a removable tub, which contains spills and ensures the cutout is simple to clean.

This Continental Refrigerator SW60N24M prep table has a refrigerated base for additional ingredient storage. The base doors self-close, preventing them from being left open, while magnetic gaskets create a tight seal around the opening. When stocking, employees can place product on the two shelves and floor, and they can adjust the internal temperature using the electronic controls. These controls feature an external display and high/low temperature alarm for monitoring.
