The Continental SW72N-FB-D 72-inch-wide worktop refrigerator has a three-section design and features six stainless steel roll-out drawers, each accommodating one 12-inch by 18-inch by 6-inch pan or a combination of one half-size by 6-inch and one third-size by 6-inch pans (supplied separately). The stainless steel flat top provides a durable work surface, while the stainless steel front and end panels resist corrosion for lasting use. Factory-installed 3³/₄-inch casters enable easy mobility for cleaning or repositioning.

For precise temperature control, the Continental SW72N-FB-D worktop refrigerator is operated via the electronic controller and digital display. Its front breathing, self-contained refrigeration system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to provide an eco-friendly operation. Its aluminum interior is insulated with 2-inch non-CFC polyurethane foam, ensuring consistent temperatures. Magnetic Santoprene™ drawer gaskets create a secure seal, and polished chrome handles enhance drawer usability. An off-cycle defrost and hot gas condensate evaporator simplify maintenance and ensure performance with minimal staff intervention.
