The Continental SW72N27M-FB-D 72-inch-wide sandwich and salad prep table features six stainless steel roll-out drawers that can each accommodates one 12-inch by 18-inch by 6-inch pan or a combination of one half-size by 6-inch and one third-size by 6-inch pans per drawer (supplied separately). The prep table holds 27 recessed sixth-size pans, each up to 4 inches deep, and includes an 8-inch-deep, full-length nylon cutting board for efficient food preparation. The stainless steel top, front, and end panels offer long-lasting durability in busy foodservice environments.

The Continental SW72N27M-FB-D mighty top sandwich top includes two insulated lids that help maintain energy efficiency and consistent temperatures for pan storage. Its aluminum interior, insulated with 2-inch non-CFC polyurethane foam, ensures reliable cooling, while magnetic Santoprene™ drawer gaskets provide a secure seal. Smooth, polished chrome handles make the drawers easy to open, and a removable interior tub beneath the pans simplifies cleaning. The electronic controller with a digital display and high/low alarms enables precise temperature management. Designed for convenience, the unit is mounted on 3³/₄-inch casters for mobility and flexibility in commercial kitchens.
