Continental SW72N30M 72" Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v

The electronically controlled refrigeration system in this Continental Refrigeration SW72N30M prep table has a digital display and alarm. It maintains temperatures between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit with R290 refrigerant and a back-mounted, accessible compressor. The operator can select a temperature within this range adapted to specific products. This stainless steel unit is insulated with 2 inches of polyurethane and includes a plasticized fin evaporator coil with an automatic condensate evaporator to protect against corrosion. The refrigeration system is self-contained with an expansion valve system.

The Continental Refrigeration SW72N30M prep table has three self-closing, spring-loaded doors that can be rehinged in the field and include magnetic gaskets and smooth, polished door handles. This unit has three epoxy-coated shelves for storage, a full-length nylon cutting board, and 30 recessed pans for various ingredients, ideal for use in sandwich shops. A removable interior tub is located beneath the food pans and the entire cabinet is portable, using 5-inch casters for rolling.
