The Continental SW72N30M-HGL-D 72-inch-wide sandwich and salad prep table combines refrigerated storage and a large prep surface, making it a practical choice for busy kitchens. Manufactured of stainless steel, the top, front, and end panels provide durability, while the hinged, double-pane glass lid enhances visibility and energy efficiency. This prep table includes six roll-out drawers, each accommodating one 12-inch by 18-inch by 6-inch pan or a combination of one half-size by 6-inch and one third-size by 6-inch pans (supplied separately). An 8-inch-deep, full-length nylon cutting board provides a reliable workspace for preparing sandwiches, salads, and more.

The Continental SW72N30M-HGL-D sandwich prep table is equipped with 30 recessed sixth-size pans, making it ideal for organizing a wide variety of ingredients in busy foodservice environments. Its aluminum interior, insulated with 2-inch non-CFC polyurethane foam, supports food safety by keeping ingredients at 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Magnetic Santoprene™ drawer gaskets ensure a secure seal, while polished chrome handles make the drawers easy to open. This prep table also includes a removable interior tub beneath the pans for easy cleaning and 5-inch casters for mobility in commercial kitchens.
