The Continental SW72NBS-FB-D 72-inch-wide worktop refrigerator is designed with a three-section layout, it features six stainless steel roll-out drawers, each accommodating one 12-inch by 18-inch by 6-inch pan or a combination of one half-size by 6-inch and one third-size by 6-inch pans (supplied separately). A stainless steel top with a 5¹/₂-inch backsplash helps prevent spills from reaching walls, maintaining a clean workspace. The unit's stainless steel front and end panels resist corrosion, while factory-installed 3³/₄-inch casters ensure mobility for cleaning and transport.

Cooled via a front-breathing, self-contained refrigeration system, the Continental SW72NBS-FB-D refrigerator uses eco-friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant for energy-efficient cooling. The aluminum interior is insulated with 2-inch non-CFC polyurethane foam to ensure consistent internal temperatures. Magnetic Santoprene® drawer gaskets create a secure seal, while smooth, polished chrome handles enhance usability. An electronic controller with a digital display, high/low alarms, and off-cycle defrost simplifies operation and maintenance. The unit also includes an automatic hot gas condensate evaporator and corrosion-resistant, plasticized fin evaporator coil for reliable performance.
