The Convotherm 6.10ETMINI combi oven is controlled with a 7-inch touchscreen, and operators can use this screen to adjust the moisture settings, baking levels, temperature range, and more. Accommodating a wide range of food pans and steam table pans, this unit operates in four different modes: steam, combi-steam, convection, and rethermalization. Because this unit is boilerless, users must inject water directly into the cooking chamber for steaming. Some of the modes in this unit include low-temperature cooking, eco-friendly mode, and a mode to reduce the fan speed for delicate products.

Made of wire, the three racks in the Convotherm 6.10ETMINI half-size combi oven enable air to circulate through the holes and around the food evenly. This unit includes a USB port to program recipes, and it can hold as many as 250 recipes for instant operation at the push of a button. A temperature probe in the cabinet checks the levels in multiple parts of the food to reduce the risk of foodborne illness. To provide maximum durability, this oven is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel.
