Introducing a large-capacity model with enhanced technology, the Cookshack FEC120 Fast Eddy's™ smoker assists most kitchens taking a low-and-slow approach to food. This smoker has a steel frame and is constructed of double-walled stainless steel for corrosion resistance, the prevention of heat warping, and lasting durability. It boasts an auto-start feature and produces smoke when the wood pellets are ignited in its 35-pound-capacity hopper. Once the door is secured shut, a draft fan kicks on to aerate the cooking surfaces and evenly cook 150 pounds of pork butts, 120 pounds of brisket, or 90 pounds of ribs at once.

The Cookshack FEC120 smoking machine is operated with its IQ5 digital controller, which can be customized, download cook times, and sound alarms. When cooking meats, cuts can be placed on the five nickel-plated steel shelves for even cooking; users can select one of three different cooking options, though the natural smoke from the wood pellets does the majority of the work. Four casters are located on the bottom of this machine€”simplifying movement and increasing safety€”and it's paired with a drip pan to facilitate cleaning. This unit comes with a 40-pound bag of pellets to get started and includes the Cookshack Spice Kit to begin making smoky, juicy meats upon delivery.
