Cres Cor 100-1841-DSD 20 7/8"W 39 Sheet Pan Rack W/ 1 1/2" Bottom Load Slides
The Cres Cor 100-1841-DSD sheet pan rack is constructed from aluminum for durability and resistance to corrosion. The top and bottom of the cabinet stick out farther than the sides to protect the rest of the unit while you are transporting food. A gravity-type latch on the door keeps it closed while being moved. This unit is able to hold (39) 18-inch-by-26-inch pans on 11/2 inch centers. Pan stops are built into the interior of the door so air can flow properly. The Cres Cor 100-1841-DSD sheet pan rack's door opens to 270 degrees so you can easily load the pans in the cabinet.
