The Cres Cor 131-UA-11D mobile heated cabinet is ideal for stadiums, healthcare operations, hotels, and other establishments that want to keep food hot until it is ready to serve. The bottom-mount heating system is highly accessible and includes a blower motor, on/off rocker switch, thermometer, and power light. Constructed of aluminum, the cabinet resists corrosion and has an extruded frame that is welded to improve stability. Gaskets along the perimeter of the door prevent hot air from leaking out, and a magnetic latch keeps the door closed while the Cres Cor 131-UA-11D mobile heated cabinet is being moved.
