Cres Cor 207-1811-D 23 1/8"W 11 Sheet Pan Rack W/ 5 1/8" Bottom Load Slides

The Cres Cor 207-1811-D sheet pan rack can hold up to (11) 18-inch-by-26-inch pans. Extruded angle ledge pan supports hold the pans in place while they are being held and transported. These supports are riveted in place, enabling them to handle heavy loads of product. This rack is designed to fit in pass-through or roll-in freezers, refrigerators, and warming cabinets so product can easily be held at ideal temperatures without constant handling. The base of the cabinet is enclosed to help protect product from contaminants. A perimeter bumper helps protect the cabinet from damage, and the unit is constructed of aluminum for durability. The Cres Cor 207-1811-D sheet pan rack can hold 11 full-size pans.
