This convection oven holds 12 pans on universal slides, adjustable at 1¹/₂-in. centers, and includes six chrome-plated wire grids. A slow convected air system promotes natural browning while sealing in moisture, reducing shrinkage by 15 to 20 percent. The ventless design simplifies installation without the need for external ventilation.
