Made of Hi-Tensile aluminum, the Cres Cor H-135-WUA-11 full-height mobile heated cabinet is built for strength and corrosion resistance. Its interior frame maintains sturdiness, and the insulated Dutch doors minimize heat loss. Sealed with gaskets, the doors prevent food from spilling during transport on the 5-inch swivel casters. For convenient maneuvering, both sides have recessed handles for pushing and pulling.

This Cres Cor H-135-WUA-11 insulated heated cabinet can hold 11 pans of various sizes and maintain the food's temperature as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit. This number is adjustable using the slanted control panel and thermometer, and humidity levels can also be controlled in this unit by lowering the temperature. To keep the floor in front of the unit dry, an integral drip trough is included. The latches are coated with an antimicrobial agent to slow the spread of germs.
