The Cres Cor H-138-WS-1834D full-height insulated mobile heat cabinet enables users to regulate humidity levels with the AquaTemp™ system and LED digital temperature controls. For proper serving temperatures, the fully insulated cabinet can hold food at a maximum of 200 degrees Fahrenheit, and it can accommodate (32) 18-inch by 26-inch pans with non-tipping channel pan slides. To ensure safe operation, the integral drip trough catches moisture, keeping the floor in front of the cabinet dry.

Equipped with 5-inch swivel casters and recessed push and pull handles on each side, the Cres Cor H-138-WS-1834D insulated mobile heat cabinet is mobile and safe to maneuver. The two Dutch doors are sealed with silicone gaskets to prevent heat from seeping out. Its magnetic latches are antimicrobial to prevent the spread of germs, while the twist-lock catch ensures that food does not spill out during movement. Designed with a stainless steel construction and coved interior corners, this unit can be efficiently wiped clean.
