As meals are switched out, operators can adjust the solid-state thermostat to accommodate specific holding requirements, and its analog thermometer provides an accurate temperature display. Its three inner-wall heaters disperse heat uniformly, eliminating cold spots that could impact meal quality. When the cabinet must be stored in a cold environment, fiberglass insulation built into the door, top, bottom, and walls retains temperatures, reducing heat loss and saving energy. For accessibility, the control panel is mounted on the cabinet's top and features a lighted on/off rocker switch.
