The Cres Cor H-339-188C half-height hot cabinet can warm prepared dishes to serving temperatures with its three inner-wall heaters, which produce and maintain temperatures as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Operators can modify temperatures to accommodate various holding needs with the solid-state thermostat, while the control panel's analog thermometer displays internal cabinet temperatures accurately. To minimize heat loss, the door, top, bottom, and walls are insulated with fiberglass; pan stops built into the inside of the door and the back of the cabinet promote proper airflow. Operators can manage the unit's power status using the illuminated on/off rocker switch.

To fit beneath a counter, this Cres Cor H-339-188C half-height hot cabinet measures 23⁷/₈ inches wide by 32¹/₄ inches deep by 36¹¹/₁₆ inches high; it's fitted with 5-inch swivel casters that support a 1,000-pound load capacity. These casters can round corners and reverse, and two casters include brakes for stability when pans are loaded or removed. This hi-tensile aluminum unit resists corrosion while its rigid internal frame and extended base protect its body from impacts with walls or equipment. A twist-lock catch built on its field-reversible door ensures it remains closed during transport, preventing heat loss and protecting pans from falling. Inside the cabinet, eight removable wire supports can hold eight 18-inch by 26-inch pans and are secured on 2³/₄-inch centers.
