Mounted on casters, the Cres Cor R-171-SUA-10E ChillTemp® reach-in refrigerator can transport refrigerated products with ease. For steering, it has handles built into the sides, and a protruded base takes the impact of collisions. To resist denting and bending, the unit is made of sturdy stainless steel, while the door secures with a catch so it does not swing open during transport and spill contents on the floor.

When at the destination, users can lock the refrigerator in place, and items in the cabinet are accessible with a full-length handle. Reducing how much bending users need to do to access products, the bottom-mounted condenser raises the interior. Adjustable slides accommodate many different types of pans, including roast pans, sheet pans, and service trays, and because food simply slides out, employees can unload the unit quickly.

This Cres Cor R-171-SUA-10E mobile refrigerated cabinet is preset to hold a temperature of 38 degrees Fahrenheit, though it can be programmed to run at any level between 33 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit. Polyurethane insulation throughout the cabinet locks in cold air, and to prevent food spoilage, the door shuts itself automatically.
