Brewing controls are passcode protected, lowering the risk of unauthorized changes, and instructions are given to the machine through its touchscreen. Icons help staff members quickly navigate to the settings they want concerning temperature, time, or volume. The Curtis G4TP2T10A3100 coffee maker also has water-bypass, pulse-brew, and pre-infusion options for more precise control over the brewing process. Staff members can start brewing immediately with its pre-programmed recipes, and its touchscreen enables staff to create new recipes onscreen. They can then be downloaded with a flash drive for safekeeping.
