The Curtis PCGT3 G3 Primo Cappuccino® cappuccino machine can be used to create three coffee types with three individual hoppers. One of the hoppers accommodates 5 pounds of product while the other two have a capacity of 10 pounds. Its water tank has a capacity of 5.3 gallons, and this unit can make as much as 5.4 gallons of hot or cold coffee per hour. Operating with high-velocity whipping motors and direct-drive mixing augers, this unit smoothly and quickly blends powdered drinks.

Using the LCD screen on the front of the Curtis PCGT3 cappuccino maker, operators can adjust the temperature from 80 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. The touchscreen features scroll-through programming as well as adjustment of pre-dispense settings and portion control. It operates with a cup guide, accommodating cups as tall as 8.38 inches. A drip tray on the front prevents messes from flowing over to keep the countertop clean.
