Delfield 18648BSTMP 48" Worktop Refrigerator w/ (1) Section, 115v

The Delfield 18648BSTMP worktop refrigerator holds temperatures in a range of 36 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit using R290 refrigerant and mullion-style blower coils. Because its refrigeration system is mounted on the side, it can be quickly accessed if maintenance is needed. To monitor the temperature, the electronic controls have a readout that shows the current status, and operators can use the controls to adjust the temperature as needed. Keeping cold air trapped inside, the entire cabinet has foamed-in-place insulation.

The single storage shelf in the Delfield 18648BSTMP worktop refrigerator is epoxy-coated to prevent corrosion. The door that provides access to the cabinet has a recessed handle, so it won't get in the way in a crowded kitchen. It is also lined with plastic, speeding up the cleaning process. To further facilitate cleaning, the top and exterior are made of stainless steel, and the casters elevate the unit 6 inches off the ground for sweeping underneath.
