The Delfield 6051XLSH reach-in refrigerator's self-contained refrigeration system is top mounteda'¬a€set away from excess debris to keep the components healthy over time. It features a digital display detailing the temperature, which ranges from 33 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit depending on the operator's application needs. Inside, the unit is fitted with six adjustable chrome wire shelves and is illuminated by LED lighting for visibility when retrieving ingredients or managing inventory. The full unit sits on four casters for mobility when cleaning.

The Delfield 6051XLSH two-section refrigerator features a stainless steel and aluminum exterior; both metals resist corrosion and are high in durability. Between the paneling, polyurethane foam insulation keeps the cold air inside. This reach-in refrigerator uses environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant and has four solid steel self-closing doors that stay open at a 120 degree angle as needed. Because these doors are half height, they create smaller sections to reduce cold air loss.
