To facilitate precise temperature adjustments, the Delfield 8132-EFP LiquiTec® drop-in refrigerator features an electronic temperature control system. Its sides and bottom are insulated with high-density polyurethane to preserve cold air and improve efficiency. Its temperature holding range is 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit, and to minimize its environmental impact, it operates with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.

With a capacity of two 12-inch by 20-inch wells, this drop-in cold food unit measures 31¹⁹/₂₅ inches wide by 26 inches deep by 24⁶/₂₅ inches high. For installation, it requires a 30³/₄-inch by 25-inch counter cutout. To maintain cold temperatures, it uses a LiquiTec self-contained eutectic fluid refrigeration system. This unit's inner liner, top, and louver are made of stainless steel for strength and corrosion resistance, and for additional durability, it features a galvanized steel exterior housing.
