Delfield 8148-EFNP 48" Drop-In Refrigerator W/ (2) Pan Capacity - Cold Wall Cooled, 115v

The Delfield 8148-EFNP drop-in refrigerator has two insulated pan openings and polyurethane foam insulation throughout the unit to ensure temperatures don't drop. Using electronic temperature controls, employees can adjust the levels within the range of 33 to 41 degrees Fahrenheit. The openings accommodate 4-inch or 6-inch pans and install flush against the countertop to hold ingredients and product. This unit's liner and top are made of stainless steel to provide corrosion resistance.

For strength, the outer liner of the Delfield 8148-EFNP drop-in cooler is made of durable galvanized steel. To streamline water removal, the interior has a ¹/₂-in. drain with a manifold. The unit cools via the self-contained Eutectic fluid refrigeration system and uses environmentally friendly R404A refrigerant. To facilitate installation, it has a stainless steel manifold and fits into a 46⁷/₈-inch by 17¹/₄-inch countertop cutout.
