Delfield F2975CP 75 1/4" Chef Base w/ (4) Drawers - 115v

The Delfield F2975CP chef base has a stainless steel top that provides durability and corrosion resistance. Messes are confined to the top by a full-perimeter marine edge and the top corners are welded to a smooth finish for brisk cleaning. The drawers are made of stainless steel for lasting durability and these roll on a greaseless Delrin® track system to reduce maintenance needs.

While working with equipment on the top, employees can grab necessary ingredients from the refrigerated base. Its four drawers accommodate eight 20-inch by 12-inch by 4-inch hotel pans. The refrigeration system keeps internal temperatures between 36 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit while mullion blowers provide uniform temperatures throughout. Users can set the temperature at levels specific to various products. Because the Delfield F2975CP refrigerated chef base is mounted on six-inch casters, it is swift to move for servicing and cleaning. In case the unit needs to be stabilized against a wall or other flat surface, a mounting bracket is included.
