The Delfield GAH1-G Specification Line® heated cabinet is designed to maintain consistent temperatures between 120 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit, ensuring optimal food holding in professional kitchens. This reach-in, one-section unit features a durable stainless-steel exterior and interior, providing a 21-cubic-foot capacity. Its full-height hinged glass door is equipped with a smart hinge that auto-closes up to 90 degrees and stays open past 90 degrees, while the energy-efficient gasket is removable without tools for simplified maintenance. Three adjustable chrome wire shelves accommodate full-size sheet pans, and incandescent lighting enhances interior visibility.

Equipped with a 4³/₁₀-inch easyTouch® screen, the cabinet offers precise temperature control, remote monitoring, and visual alarms for high/low temperature alerts. Heating elements are positioned behind vertical ducts for optimal airflow, and the fan motor is mounted outside the heated compartment to protect components. The cabinet also includes a digital exterior temperature display, removable side louver, and 5-inch locking casters for mobility, which are shipped loose for field installation.
