With a 46-cubic-foot capacity and two full-height sections, the Delfield GAH2-G Specification Line® heated cabinet offers ample storage for professional foodservice environments. Six adjustable chrome wire shelves accommodate full-size sheet pans, providing versatility for various storage needs. Fully insulated with high-density, foamed-in-place polyurethane, this cabinet ensures energy efficiency and consistent temperature retention. Constructed with a durable stainless-steel exterior and interior, this reach-in unit includes two full-height hinged glass doors with locks and field-rehingeable capability.

The Delfield GAH2-G mobile heated cabinet features a 4 ³/₁₀-inch easyTouch® screen that provides precise temperature control and remote monitoring, along with a digital exterior display featuring high/low temperature visual alarms. Heating elements are located behind vertical ducts, delivering optimal airflow and efficiency. Additionally, this unit includes energy-efficient, removable door gaskets, a removable side louver, and a stainless steel pilaster with shelf clips. Mounted on 5-inch locking casters shipped loose for field installation, the cabinet is mobile and convenient for professional kitchens. A 10-foot cord with a NEMA 6-20P plug is attached for streamlined setup.
