The Delfield GAHPT1-G Specification Line® heated cabinet is built with a durable stainless-steel exterior and interior, ensuring reliability and longevity in demanding foodservice environments. This pass-thru, one-section unit is fully insulated with high-density, foamed-in-place polyurethane for energy-efficient operation. It includes two full-height hinged glass doors with locks and field-rehingeable capability, making it a versatile addition to professional kitchens.

With a 23-cubic-foot capacity, the Delfield GAHPT1-G heated cabinet accommodates full-size sheet pans on three adjustable chrome wire shelves, providing flexible storage options. Temperatures are adjustable between 120 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit, controlled via a 4 ³/₁₀-inch easyTouch® screen with remote monitoring capabilities. Additional features include a digital exterior temperature display with high/low visual alarms, a removable side louver, and an energy-efficient door gasket that can be removed without tools. Mounted on 5-inch locking casters shipped loose for field installation, the cabinet includes a 10-foot cord with a NEMA 6-20P plug for streamlined setup.
