This unit features four full height hinged glass doors with locks, making it simple to access stored items from either side. Six adjustable chrome wire shelves accommodate full-size sheet pans, offering versatility for various storage needs. Fully insulated with high-density, foamed-in-place polyurethane, the cabinet maintains consistent temperatures between 120 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit.

Constructed with a durable stainless-steel exterior and interior, the Delfield GAHPT2-G mobile heated cabinet is built to withstand demanding commercial environments. Additionally, this unit includes energy-efficient removable door gaskets, a removable side louver, and field-rehingeable doors. This heated cabinet includes 5-inch locking casters shipped loose for field installation and a 10-foot cord and NEMA 6-20P plug for streamlined setup. The 4 ³/₁₀-inch easyTouch® screen enables precise temperature control and remote monitoring, while the digital exterior temperature display provides high/low visual alarms for added convenience.
