Delfield N8717-D Drop-In Hot Food Well W/ (1) Full Size Pan Capacity, 115v

The Delfield N8717-D drop-in hot food well has depressed edges that hold in condensation and a drain that efficiently empties water. Because of this drain, the unit works with wet and dry applications. To keep hot air inside the unit, the top is insulated with one inch of fiberglass, and the bottom has two inches of fiberfrax blanket insulation. This ensures that food stays warm so that when it is time to serve, the taste and quality is maintained.

The top and well of the Delfield N8717-D hot food well are made of stainless steela'¬a€a material that is durable and can be wiped clean when common kitchen messes form. To further aid in cleaning, the entire unit is constructed from a single piece, so there are no crevices that food particles can get stuck inside. The food well accommodates one full-size food pan and stays warm using infinite temperature controls.
