The Dexter Russell LS8698PCP turner is 20 inches long overall and has a long handle that users can grip when flipping, plating, and otherwise working with patties on a hot surface. For rust and corrosion resistance, the blade is stainless steel, and the handle is made of natural rosewood. Because of the turner's offset blade, the operator's hands won't come in contact with hot surfaces while working for reduced injury risks.
