Made of high-carbon steel, the 3¹/₄-inch blade is designed for peeling off fruit skins or coring fruits. Its durable blade won't corrode or stain, maintaining its initial appearance throughout high-volume use. To help reduce risk of cross contamination, the handle is yellow to facilitate color coding.
