The Dexter Russell S140-12GE-PCP Sani-Safe® roast slicer knife has oval indentions along its 12-inch-long blade's sides to help slice through oily, saucy meat. Thinly cutting slices of meat with its duo-edge blade, the indentions use the oils as lubrication. Crafted with DEXSTEEL®a'¬a€high-alloy, high-carbon stainless steela'¬a€the knife is geared for long-term use as it's resistant to corrosion and stains. To keep a tight grip on the knife during use, its polypropylene handle is textured and comes in white to assist in color-coding utensils for prevention of cross contamination.
