Good for baguettes and thick loaves of bread, the Dexter Russell S163-5SC-PCP utility slicer has an offset design for angled cutting. Its 5-inch-long blade is constructed of high-carbon, high-alloy stainless steel, known as DEXSTEEL®, and it won't stain or corrode throughout use to maintain its initial appearance. The bottom of the blade is lined with a scalloped edge that firmly cuts through tough exteriors without tearing delicate insides apart. Its polypropylene handle has a textured material to enhance grip and comes in white to prevent cross contamination.
