The Dexter Russell S173C-PCP Sani-Safe® spreader makes it easy to spread nut butters, jellies, and condiments on sandwiches, wraps, and bagels. Its 31/2-inch round blade has more surface area than butter knives and is made of rust-resistant stainless steel. To eliminate crevices that could harbor bacteria, the blade is sealed to the handle. Made of polypropylene, this handle is durable and has a slip-resistant texture. Because it comes in blue, the handle can be used to identify specific applications in a color-coded system.
