Its triangular blade is offset to protect hands from hot pans, and it's angled to fit beneath a slice of pizza. Made of stainless steel, it won't corrode in humid environments, and it's durable for high-volume use. To ensure a solid grip, its polypropylene handle is textured. It comes in white to assist in color-coding applications.
