Great for a variety of applications, the handle on the Dexter Russell S285-3H-PCP hamburger turner resists heat as high as 500 degrees Fahrenheit. This handle is made of polypropylene and textured to enable a secure grip, and for durability, the blade is rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel. Working in color-coded system, the handle is blue, and this unit is solid with beveled edges for sliding underneath a patty for plating or flipping.
